- The United States Government Publishing Office (GPO) has a requirement for Annual Services for Microsoft Applications. This service, maintenance or licensing request directly or indirectly supports GPO revenue generating and or the health and safety of operations in GPO. GPO intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1 to Planet Technologies, Inc. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored.
