Description

Sole source justification This is a Notice of Intent. A written solicitation will not be issued. The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground, Huachuca Division intends to solicit and negotiate with Microwave Photonic Systms, Inc. of West Chester,, PA 19380 on a basis other than full and open competition under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (i), Other Than Full and Open Competition, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested persons may identify their capability and respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, the Government will consider all responses received within seven days after date of publication of this Notice of Intent. The contract will be awarded on a sole source basis to Microwave Photonic Systems, Inc., Cage Code 1A9M1, for the procurement of the following items: 1) GPS Fiber Optic Link Transmitter, Qty of 1.
