- SF18 REQUEST FOR QUOTE Su bmitted by: Doritha Newman NAI CS Code: 334515 FSC Code: 7050 Anticipated Date to be published in FEDBIZOPS: 8 September 2015 Anticipated Closing Date: 14 August 2015 Contracts POC Name: Doritha Newman Telephone#: 540-653-7078 Email Address: doritha.newman@navy.mil Description and Code: 70 - General Purpose ADPE and Support-ORTS Data Bus Channel Line Card and MPS Power Supply This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-15-R-1005 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis to X-COM Systems, LLC 12345-5B Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, VA 20191-3415 to replace existing damaged products. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 14 September 2015, no later than 11:00 a.m. EST.
