The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 11 Contracting Office is seeking to acquire annual radiation safety officer services for the Northern Indiana Health Care System campuses located at 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 and 1700 East 38th Street, Marion, IN 46953. A formal Request for Quotes (RFQ) VA251-15-Q-0606 is to follow. The Government anticipates release of the RFP to be September 9, 2015 with a due date of September 16, 2015. These dates are subject to change. Interested Offerors must refer to the final released RFQ on Federal Business Opportunities for due dates, times, and submission requirements.
