Description
The acquisition specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation. DLA Land and Maritime is soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for the following items: 1. NSN: 5985-01-086-0057 DESCRIPTION: Antenna ESTIMATED ANNUAL DEMAND QUANTITY (ADQ): 87 Unit of Issue: EACH Delivery: 295 days APPROVED SOURCE: Dayton- G ranger, Inc. 2. NSN: 5985-01-129-7463 DESCRIPTION: Antenna ESTIMATED ANNUAL DEMAND QUANTITY (ADQ): 107 Unit of Issue: EACH Delivery: 365 days APPROVED SOURCE: Dayton- G ranger, Inc. Destination Information: VARIOUS CONUS LOCATIONS - within established minimum and maximum quantity limits on an as needed basis. DLA Land and Maritime is soliciting a Sole Source Indefinite Quantity Contract for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN - ONLY 1 SOURCE The solicitation will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on its issue date on or about September 23, 2015. The proposed procurement does not contain an option to extend the contract period at the discretion of the government. The total duration shall not exceed 3 years. The UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter is the U.S. Army's primary medium lift utility transport and air assault aircraft. The UH-60 Black Hawk is a twin-engine, medium lift utility helicopter. It is equipped with a single 4-bladed rotor and a single 4-bladed tail rotor. These antennas provide VHF-AM, VHF-FM, VHF-FM 1, and LF/AD functionality to the Black Hawk UH-60. The solicitation document contains information that has a military or space application. Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense and have a valid need to know may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345.
