156CES Mobile Emergency Operation Center (MEOC) Communication Equipment request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; request for quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. Offers may be submitted in any format in lieu of completing this form, provided that the information requested herein is included. Prospective offerors must be registered under the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. Registration may be completed free of charge at the associated website (https://www.sam.gov/). The solicitation reference number is F8C3SC5091AC01 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) as Small Business Set Aside. This acquisition is subject to the Small Business Non-Manufacturer Rule. All firms submitting a technically acceptable quote will be considered for award. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 334220, the small business size standard is 500 employees.
