- General Information Document Type:Amendment 0001 Solicitation Number:W912K6-15-T-0005 Posted Date:09 September 2015 Set Aside:N/A NAICS Code:722310 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response deadline to 14 September 2015 at 3:00PM ET. The following Question and Answer section are responses to RFI's that have been submitted. Q1. Define quote mark fresh bakery quote mark A1. Comes pre packaged, but not frozen. (i.e. bread, danishes, doughnuts, bagels, etc.) Q2.How many units with cooks? A2. There are currently 12 units with cooks. This number is projected to increase with the change in force structure in the future. Q3. On page 45 it looks like fried chicken is lunch 01, steak is dinner 19, scrambled eggs/bacon are breakfast 01. It looks like the lasagna is lunch 01 as well. Can explain the meal numbers? A3. The meals were taken from a sample 21 day menu. The 21 day menu is used to avoid redundant meals and ensure variety. Numbering is not significant. Changes to SF 1449 are forthcoming.
