- Description
- Methods Requirements This is a RFI is for expert team who can implement and evaluate a range of best practices to improve circadian light exposure for employees in federal office buildings. Recent research in the field of circadian rhythms shows that light has a wide range of previously unknown health impacts, including improvements in sleep quality, alertness during the day, cardiovascular health, and psychological functioning. Most of this research has been conducted in specialized medical fields, with much less attention to everyday work environments where people spend the majority of their waking hours.
