Description
Fisheries Inventory of the Chulitna River Basin, Lake Clark, Alaska This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item services prepared in accordance with the format found in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this request is P15PS02726 and the solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83-2-2-08032015, dated August 5, 2015, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This is a small-business set-aside procurement under NAICS classification code: 541712 and PSC B510. The small business size standard is 500 Employees. This is a firm fixed price procurement. Offers will be evaluated by best value lowest priced, technically acceptable process, determined by the Government based on a comparison of all offers submitted, per FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items as included in this solicitation. NOTICE TO VENDORS: -Any changes to the specifications/statement of work requiring an alteration in performance or delivery schedule requires approval by the Contracting Officer prior to solicitation closing. -Perspective vendors to have updated and current SAM registration. Vendor to provide DUNS number with quote/proposal. -The National Park Service has implemented new invoicing procedures. As of November 1, 2011 all invoices must be processed through IPP. See clauses for specific information. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ¿Commercial, applies to this acquisition and an addendum to this provision is located in Section 4.
