Description
1870A Power Splitter (AEROFLEX). Solicitation N00421-15-T-0585 is issued as a competitive procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis for Broadband Resistive Power Splitter, P/N: 1870A, in accordance with the Statement of Work, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. This is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. ***Basis for Award*** Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Selected bidder's decision to submit proposal on the final day of solicitation and requesting for an extension will not be granted. Extension is solely within the discretion of the government agent. Interested bidders must address their questions, concern, etc... while solicitation is ongoing (active). Your quote must contain enough technical information i.e. data sheet, drawing, specification, etc... for evaluation. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided. Additional documents, questions, concerns, modifications, or any other information in relation to your quote will not be entertained or accepted when posting was already concluded. The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factor. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. ONLY New Equipment, NO Remanufactured, and all items must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Similar or Substitute products will not be accepted. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.
