In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred as a result of this request for quotation. 25 August 2015 MEMORANDUM FOR ALL INTERESTED PARTIES FROM: 36 CONS/LGCB Bldg. 22026 Unit 14040 Andersen AFB, Yigo, GU 96929 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. FA5240-15-Q-M048 Repair Fitness Center Basketball and Raquetball courts is hereby issued as a request for quotes. 3. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. 4. This solicitation has been set aside 100% for small businesses under the 238330 NAICS Code, with a small business size standard of $15.0M. 5. The government request quotes for the following items; CLIN DESCRIPTION QTY 0001 Remove painting, finish, refinish and repaint two basketball courts and two raquetball courts in accordance with the attached statement of work 1 Lot Proposed number of days for completion of project Days ***NOTICE TO OFFERRORS: A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD 28 AUGUST 2015 AT 1400. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHALL NOTIFY SSGT MATTHEW ROWE NLT 1600 27 AUGUST 2015 IF THEY ARE GOING TO ATTEND. ALL CONTRACTORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE AT THE PASS AND I.D. CENTER OF ANDERSEN AFB NLT 1330 FOR BASE ACCESS. *** 6. FAR 52.212-1 Instruction of Offerors -- Commercial applies to this acquisition. 7. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The evaluation factors are as follows; (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
