- This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources. The NAICS code is 339113 and the Size Standard is 500 employees. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business set-aside is possible. The Government intends to award a Firm, Fixed-Price contract to the successful offeror. Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) is seeking qualified sources to provide three (3) cryostat machines, Thermo Scientific Cryostar NX50 model with height adjustment, cold disinfection, and low-profile blade, chamber capacity 16.5 x 20.1 x 12.9; specimen temperature -43 +/- 2 degrees. The salient characteristics are the machines shall have cold disinfection, adjustable height, active cooling of disinfection holder, and dimensions not to exceed 39.4 quote mark x 29.7 quote mark x 32.3-44 quote mark Vendors are invited to submit information demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement in the form of a capability response that addresses the specific requirement identified in this notice. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, and telephone number, point of contact (POC), and brochures which will allow the Government to understand your offerings and options. Capability statements should be submitted to the attention of Donna Tomita, Contract Specialist, Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific; email donna.f.tomita.civ@mail.mil. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 14 Sep 2015 at 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time.
