- Limited Source Justification Notice of Award GSA Solicitation: ID05150113 Contract Number: GS-35F-5095H Task Order Number: GSQ0515BM0132 Financial Management Information System Support As prescribed by FAR 8.405-6(a)(2) and pursuant to the publishing requirements of FAR 5.301, GSA, FAS, Region 5 is publishing the following notice. The Government has awarded a follow-on task order for Financial Management Information System Support under the Federal Supply Schedule 70 contract: General Purpose Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software, and Services, (IT), Special Item Number (SIN) 132-51 Information Technology Professional Services, NAIC - 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services, PSC D307 Automated Information Systems Design and Integration Services. This work is required to support the United States Air Force, Air Force Financial Systems Operations (SAF/FMFSO). This is a continuation of the original effort. This announcement constitutes the only advertisement of this requirement. A solicitation is not available and will not be issued. The award has been made to The Greentree Group, Inc., 1360 Technology Court, Suite 100, Dayton, OH 45430-2210, (937) 490 -5500, a small business. The follow-on task order includes the following work objectives. Primary Performance Objectives (Technical) Objective 1- Contract Level Management Objective 2 - Financial Management Requirements and Functional Support Objective 3 - Office Automation Support, LAN Management, and Inventory Management Objective 4 - Help Desk Support Objective 5 - Data Management Support Objective 6 - Information Assurance (IA) and Certification and Accreditation (C&A) Support Objective 7 - Courseware Development Support The task order incorporates clauses/provisions in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 05-83, Effective 3 August, 2015. The required limited-source justification is attached to this notice of award, as prescribed by FAR 8.405-6(a)(2)(i)(B).
