- Ames intends to issue a sole source, commercial items purchase order (under FAR Part 13) to The Boeing Company of Seattle, WA for 24-hour Online Access to proprietary aircraft information. An award will be issued for Annual Revision Service Renewal for access to MYBOEINGFLEET proprietary information located on The Boeing Companys Web Portal. The access consists of downloadable data for System Schematics Manual, Wiring Diagram Manual Wiring Diagram Manual, Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, and Illustrated Parts Catalog. This renewal service covers DC-8-72 aircraft serial number 46082. NAICS is 541511, Other Information Services; size standard $27.5 Million. All documents and data must be applicable to DC-8-72 aircraft serial number 46082. The performance period for this procurement is from October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016. This Notice of Intent is being provided for information purposes only therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement. Interested organizations may submit written capabilities and qualifications to perform the aforementioned effort to matthew.j.heagy@nasa.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. Local Time on September 16, 2015. Telephone inquiries or responses will not be accepted. Information received from this announcement will be for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
