- Description
- Justification and Approval for Sole Source award to Tyco/SimplexGrinnell for security system maintenance, service agreement and warranty. Sole source contract (simplified acquisition) to SimplexGrinnell (DUNS: 100683320) for a three and one half (3.5) year service agreement to test and inspect installed security equipment at the Army Warehouse in Sumner, WA. Provide a service agreement to Test & Inspect the security system and ancillary equipment, to include the head end equipment for the CCTV (the server) and the access controls (to include 8 controllers and server/workstation). Includes one annual test/inspection/maintenance per year for 3 years on the system and an extended warranty on the CCTV and Access Controls servers for 3.5 years. The estimated value of this acquisition is $40,491.25. Please see attached Justification and Approval for details of the anticipated award, amount, project requirements, and future plans to promote competition.
