- The purpose of this amendment is to give information to important questions recently asked. Q: Do the trees have a clear drop zone? A: Many trees will have a clear drop zone. Refer to PWS PARA. 2.2. Q: Are the trees in close proximity or growing over a building or high voltage lines? A: Most of the tress are not inclose proximity to targets, but some are. The number at this time cannot be identified. Refer to PWS PARA. 2.2. Q: Are the trees bucket accessible? A: Yes. Q: Can the trees be felled freely or must they be pieced out? A: PWS Paragraph 2.2 states "the contractor shall cut the tree down in sections and safely lower limbs and trunks to the ground to prevent damage to surrounding areas.
