- Amendment 02- to the former Walter Reed Army Medical Center Caretaker Support Services solicitation posted on 10 September 2015, was issued to revise the date of the site visit. Amendment 01 - Posted on 08 September 2015 to publish the site visit information. This solicitation, number W9124J-15-R-0029, is being issued by the Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Sam Houston, Texas, as a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide non-personal caretaker support services at former Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC) on behalf of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (ACSIM)-Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Division located in Washington, D.C. The Government seeks to maintain the caretaker operations services at the former WRAMC Installation, until some or all remaining parcels are transferred to the Land Reuse Authority (LRA). In accordance with the Performance Work Statement, the contractor will provide personnel management, supervision of projects, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, and materials to maintain the facilities and run an efficient cost effective operation at WRAMC. The potential offeror will be responsible for performing all operations and maintenance functions to support the former WRAMC Installation. The due date for this RFP is 23 September 2015 at 1500hrs, Central Standard Time. The government point of contact for this solicitation is Mr. Dana M.
