- Attachment 1 - Wage Decision dated 4 Sep 15 SF30 - Amendment 0002 NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO MAKE PAYMENTS UNDER A CONTRACT. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER RFP CLOSING WITH NO OBLIGATION TO THE OFFEROR BY THE GOVERNMENT. The 452 Operational Contracting Office at March Air Reserve Base intends to issue a solicitation for a firm-fixed price contract for repair of airfield joint sealant at March ARB CA. Work will include, but is not limited to: Removing old sealant from joints, routing, refacing, cleaning joints, providing new sealant with primer, backup material and bond breading tape; and spalled concrete repair to include demolition of existing concrete, chipping, grouting exposed faces, placement and finishing of concrete and hauling excess debris off base. The procurement is a HUBZone set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System code is 237310 with a size standard of $36,500,000.00. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Contract period of performance is 730 calendar days. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Evaluation of offers will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 13 August 2015, on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website https://www.fbo.gov, with a proposal due date tentatively scheduled for 21 September 2015. All amendments, questions and answers, etc to the solicitation will be posted to FBO as well. No paper copies of the solicitation will be provided. After the solicitation is posted, interested parties are cautioned to review this site frequently for any updates/ amendments. NOTE: In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and FAR 52.204-7, entitled "System for Award Management", Prospective contractors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.. Recommended registering immediately at https://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for a timely award. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 25 August 2015 and interested parties are instructed to refer to the solicitation for instructions on attending the site visit.
