- Sole Source Justification This announcement constitutes public notice of intent to purchase Indoor Aquatics Fitness Program Services. The intended source is Jacksonville Community Center, as they are the only facility able to offer indoor aquatics programs in a central location for the Little Rock AFB population. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all submissions received within three (3) days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 713940 and has a size standard of $7.5 Million. The Government does not intend to pay for any information received in response to this announcement. Each quotation shall state that proposed unit prices and will remain in effect for at least 60 calendar days after date of proposal receipt.
