- Justification for Other Than Full And Open Competition Under the authority of FAR Subpart 8.405-6, Limited Justification, a logical follow-on services. The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) intends to make a sole source award to Professor Dr. S.N. Pollallis. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain logical follow on contract to continue to provide advanced training to experienced Project Managers in all GSA Regions of the United States. Concurrently, participants read cases, draw parallels in their own work, discuss successes and challenges in the case study, and propose and debate alternative actions. Most critically important to this successful program in creating new case studies and updating existing studies in all regions. The NAICS Code is 813920. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The government will consider all responses received by 12:00 pm EST, Wednesday, September 16, 2015. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
