- Scope of Work Service Clauses Labor and wage rates This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation number is 21162968N2048. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007. This acquisition is restricted. The NAICS is 713940. The contract type will be a firm fixed price service agreement. The government proposes to solicit from the attached scope of work / or / quotes for the attached items. 1. IF you are interested in submitting a quote, please review the enclosed documents. All submittals must be completed and forwarded to this office for consideration of your offer. 2. If you have any questions, pertaining to the Statement of Work, they should be submitted in writing to Andrew.D.Najar@uscg.mil. Questions should be received no later than September 17, 2015. Please use the contractor's request for clarification form. 3. This contract will be awarded as an base year contract. Please provide quote for Base Year. Please provide quote base on 112 passes per month. The contract will be set up as follow: Base Year- Oct 1, 2015- September 30, 2016 4. This contract will be awarded based on Lowest Cost Technically Acceptable. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses and Department of Labor Wage Rates for Services are included in this order and are applicable. Vendors doing business with the Coast Guard must be registered or be willing to register with the Systems for Award Management at www.sam.gov.
