- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisitions and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only RFQ. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on NECO and FEDBIZOPPS (http://www.fbp.gov/). The RFQ number is N00189-15-T-Q188. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-83 and DFARS Change Notice 20150826. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. This is a competitive, unrestricted action. NAVSUP FLC-Norfolk, Mechanicsburg Contracting Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Brand Name Lieberman Software Licenses and Maintenance Support for the United States Naval Academy (USNA) located in Annapolis, MD 21402-5045; FOB Destination applies. Quotes shall be valid for 30 days. The proposed contract action is for brand name Lieberman Software only. The required justification is provided as an attachment. In order to participate, the vendor shall be a Lieberman Software Certified Value Added Reseller (VAR). If you are not a Lieberman Software VAR, do NOT participate in this acquisition. Only those Lieberman Software VAR quotes will be considered and evaluated. Lieberman Software VAR letters confirming proof of certification/authorization shall be provided with quote submission. The RFQ Attachment 1 includes the descriptions and quantities. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This requirement will be negotiated and award will be made on the basis of Low Price Technical Acceptability. The vendor shall quote ALL items to be eligible for award.
