The purpose of this amendment is to notify potential offerors of the following: 1. Attachment 2 - Statement of Work has been revised. a)Section 11(d)(ii), (iii), (iv) have been removed as plasmaperesis/cytopheresis services are not part of this requirement. b)Section 20(h) has been added. Please reference Attachment 2 - Statement of Work-Revised. 2. All other terms and conditions remain the same. 3. Please direct any questions to gary.basile@va.gov.
