The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for the rehabilitation of well #1 located at the Northern Appalachian Research Laboratory (NARL), Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. The project must be completed within 30 days of the notice to proceed. There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) G15PS00812 will be issued on or about 09/03/2015 with written quotes due on or about 09/21/2015. There will be a site visit on 09/09/2015 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET). All contractors are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to attend the site visit. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 237110. The size standard is $36.5 million.
