- Redacted Justification RFQ solicitation DISA/DITCO intends to issue a contract for name brand CliQr CloudCenter Software and support for DISA CFE. CliQr has proprietary rights to the software code for the CliQr CloudCenter software and support associated with this requirement and is the only available from CliQr or their authorized resellers. No other vendor or distributor can legally obtain access to the software, and no other vendor can make duplicate copies since it is protected by copyright and patent laws. Companies who can provide the CliQr required products and services, must complete the attached solicitation and submit it via email to betty.a.burris4.civ@mail.mil. Responses are due by 11:00 A.M. (CentralTime) on September 16, 2015. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price. This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541519 for this procurement (size standard $27,500,000). A copy of your company's commercial price list is required so the government can justify the price received are fair and reasonable, as well as determine the discount percentage received. Additionally, a copy of an authorized reseller letter from CliQr is require, to be provided with the quote.
