- SF 1449 Attachment G Attachment F Attachment E Attachment D Attachment C Attachment B Attachment A Solicitation The Executive Office of the President, White House Photo Office requires a Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide photo printing services. The White House Photo Office's primary mission is to visually document the Presidency for the historical record. The photographs produced by the Photo Office's official photographers are maintained in accordance with the Presidential Records Act and become part of the National Archives and/or Presidential Library upon the conclusion of each presidential administration. The White House requires the necessary services to provide photographic quality digital production of White House photographs.
