- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE W912BV-15-R-0068 Estimated Solicitation release date: 25 Sep 2015. AIR CONTROL GROUP SQUADRON OPERATIONS TINKER AFB, OK This is a fully designed (government provides design)construction project including a two-story consolidated operations and Air Control Group management facility. Approximate size is 32,000 square feet. Building design includes an Operations Desk, ORC Ops Office, OSF Aviation Manager Office, Storage, Large 250 person Briefing Room (Auditorium), Building Manager's Office, Mobility Storage, Mobility Office, Medical Office, Flight Medical Exam Room, multiple Command Suites, Conference Rooms, Special Projects Office; Heritage Room, Mission Planning Flight Deck Room, Pilot's/Navigator's Workroom, Flight Engineer Workroom, Physical Training Room, CVZ Room, Public Affair's Office, Career Adviser's office, Male and Female Latrine/Shower/Locker Rooms, Laundry Room and Janitor's Closet, Standards Evaluation Testing, Air Battle Management Work Room and required building support spaces. Secure areas are included. Other sensitive work areas are also included. Supporting work includes site work, utilities, bus drop off area, and parking. Antiterrorism requirements for buildings IAW UFC 4-0 10-01and building access standards IAW Americans with Disabilities Act and Architectural Barriers Act (ADA/ABAAG) apply. Sustainability IAW Executive Order 13423, 10 USC 2802(c) applies. Air conditioning: 100 tons is included. An option is included for the construction contractor to provide furnishings for the facility. The magnitude of this construction project is $10,000,000 to $25,000,000.
