- List of required items. Applicable clauses. The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for personal protective clothing and equipment that needs to be kitted and shipped to 33 individuals. Please see Attachment 1 for the list of required items. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-15-TR-0354 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is under NAICS 423840 - Size Standard 500 employees. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order based on Lowest Price. The deadline for quotes is September 14, 2015 at 11:00am EST. All submissions shall be submitted electronically to ashley.n.knight@usdoj.gov with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions will be accepted.
