- In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the FAA's decision to issue a new purchase order to HRWorX, Inc. via single source procedures. The Office of the Chief Counsel (AGC) requires a centralized web-based commercial off-the-shelf software package for Office of Government Ethics (OGE) 450,450A and 278 Electronic filing. This procurement is for 1 year of application licenses and maintenance to support Electronic Filing of FAA Financial Disclosure Documents. Accordingly, a competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement.
