- 87 Contracting Squadron Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify sources who have an existing web-based Department of Defense (DoD), specifically Navy and Air Force, Safety Database that manages, tracks and integrates DoD Occupational Safety and Health data and program requirements. The program shall include, at a minimum, specific agency regulations; forms; procedures; tools and tracking for mishap reporting; supervisor tools; supervisor workplace inspection; web based training; on-line medical surveillance system; inspection; deficiency and abatement tracking system; reports management; on-line unsafe/unhealthful system; self-assessment; and job hazard analysis. Sources that have an existing database meeting the above description are requested to provide the following to christine.lehtinen@us.af.mil : Name of company, size, specific description of their existing database, and users within the Department of Defense. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This is not a request for proposal. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government. Responses in any form are not offers and the government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement.
