Peter VA Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 3 seeking Small Business firms capable of providing and installing a "Backflow Prevention Device" at the Hudson Valley VA Medical Center, located at 41 Castle Point Road, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590, Building 7, Basement. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) 238220. Attached is the Solicitation/RFQ VA243-15-Q-1381 - Backflow Prevention Device. Firms desiring consideration shall review and complete the Solicitation/RFQ VA243-15-Q-1381 and return on or before September 11, 2015 at 10:00am.
