- THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING RE-SOLICITED AS COMMERCIAL OF A TYPE AND REPLACES SOLICITATION SPE4A5-15-R-0807. Solicitation for NSN: 5930-01-250-2636/ 0058443702, Switch, Pressure, Boeing, (CAGE 76301 and Cage 0PXV4) and Eaton Aerospace, LLC (CAGE 97484), Part # 2F1458-1. The only approved sources for this item are Boeing and Eaton. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. Any The solicitation issue date will be on or around September 11, 2015 with a close date on or around September 21, 2015 for a quantity of 70 each. This is a Navy Critical Safety item. This solicitation will be solicited as an unrestricted acquisition and result in a firm fixed-price contract without options. The required delivery schedule is 147 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection/ acceptance origin. PPIRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Critical Application applies. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is on or around September 11, 2015 and the anticipated closing date is on or around September 21, 2015.
