Description

J&A Synopsis/ solicitation Sole Source Procurement with intent to award to Sharp Communications, INC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) under the authority of Federal Army Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR 6.302-1 entitled, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements", as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, this announcement constitutues the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however it is the Government's intend to award to a sole-source purchase order to Sharp Communication, INC. Please see attached documents. Closing date is 12PM CST, 25 September 2015. No telephone calls please.
