- Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to award a sole-source contract to Satellite Shelters, Inc. for the following services: The contractor shall provide two 60 X 56 [3360 square foot] Office Trailers, presently set up at Gillem Enclave, Forest Park GA. One unit is set up North of Building 925 and one unit South of Building 925. These trailers were raised and supported by the contractor on concrete masonry units, and tied down with standard ties that are wind resistant to 90 miles per hour. The trailers are skirted from the trailer bottom to grade and completely around with metal sheeting in a color complimentary to the siding on the trailer. These two office trailers are being leased for a period not to exceed five years from the end of the present contract. Period of Performance shall consist of Base (1) year and four Option years. The NAICS code is 531120. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c) (1), only one responsible source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government and you may be considered for the next requirement. If no affirmative written responses are received by 9:00 am, 11 Sep, 2015, an award will be made without further notice.
