ARQ and KMPL attachment PHASE 2 questions and answer RFQ Amendment 2 for due date extension on Phase 2 and removal of 3.2.3. numbering will not be updated and removed section is highlighted and strikethrough. ****AMENDMENT 2 9/10/15**** Amendment 2 will result in an extension to Phase II submissions to 9/15/15 at 9am EST in accordance with RFQ Amendment for extension for submission. Attached are additional Phase II questions and answers along with the KMPL and ARQ template. ______________________________________________________________ All Correspondence by the Government with Industry on this RFQ will be conducted via FBO.gov. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice/Request For Quotation (RFQ). Quotations are being requested in response to the attached 23703 The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. Instructions to Offeror's are contained within the RFQ. FBO should be monitored often for updates to this RFQ.
