- Description: UDI TRACKER PREMIUM ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION This is a Synopsis for a commercial item acquisition and will be conducted in accordance FAR Parts 13. This procurement is 100% set aside for Small Business. The purpose of this Solicitation is to obtain a UDI Tracker Premium annual subscription to track tissue and implant data for the Miami and Tampa VA Medical Centers at the best value to the government. It is the intention of the Government to solicit a Request for Quote (RFQ) VA248-15-Q-2025 NAICS Code: 511210 and size standard of $38.5 million in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specification features, schedules of the solicitation and award a contract on a competitive basis. The contract resulting from the solicitation shall be a Firm Fixed Price contract. In an effort to meet the green initiative, documents shall be submitted electronically via email. Emails shall not be more than five (5) megabytes in size. The electronic solicitation will be announced on September 10, 2015, the offeror will be responsible for downloading all solicitation documents, amendments and other documents from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov) without further notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO-8, Miami. Interested firms must be registered in the SAM database www.sam.gov. All correspondence and questions must be submitted in writing to the following email address: gwendolyn.law@va.gov.
