- The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD intends to solicit, compete and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the furnishing of one (1) Aerospace Ground Equipment Industrial Supply Vending Machine, with freight, installation and training services included. This solicitation is intended to be a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE, with the NAICS code of 333318, Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 1,000 Employees. The SF1449 solicitation will be made available on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov website on or about 10 September 2015. The Requirement Specifications will be available on or about 10 September 2015 as an attachment to the solicitation. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). All firms or invididuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). You may register via www.sam.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet. The contracting office for this requirement is the 28th Contracting Squadron, 1000 Ellsworth Street, Suite 1200, Ellsworth AFB, SD 57706.
