- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command -Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has a REQUEST FOR QUOTE No. W912C3-15-T-0014 for Drinking Water Sampling Services at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The Contractor shall provide all services, personnel, management, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, insurances and supervision and any other items and services not government furnished necessary to perform sampling and chemical analysis of the Drinking Water Distribution System located at the US Army Garrison Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The anticipated release date of this Request for Proposal is on or about 26 September 2015. The due date to submit your proposal is on or about 10 September 2015 at 10:00 AM. This procurement is issued as a 100% Small Business Set -Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAISC) code is 541380. The Business size standard is $15 Million. Procurement package will be posted in FedBizOpps.
