- PLEASE REFER TO SOLICATION W9124M-15-B-0003: ALL ADMENDMENTS ARE POSTED AT https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_view.cfm?psolicitationnbr=W9124M15B0003 BID CLOSES 11 SEPTEMBER 2015 AT 1400HRS. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE ALL FIVE ADMENDMENTS. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Stewart, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB), to award a single firm fixed price contract to Construct an Addition to the Bingo Hall, BLDG 6015, Hunter Army Airfield, GA shall be a Pre-Engineered Metal Building to match existing with a brick veneer wainscot. Interior shall be primarily gypsum board and paint, vinyl composition tile and 2 x 2 lay-in acoustical tile ceiling (grid only). Toilet room shall be gypsum board with vinyl composition tile. Construction includes Plumbing, Fire Protection, Mechanical and Electrical systems. The work covered by this contract shall include all parts, labor and materials necessary to perform the work in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Hubzone Businesses under NAICS code 236220. The small business size standard is $33.5 million. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Contract performance time is 180 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation Number W9124M-15-B-0002, will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. A link may be provided through FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. Potential Bidders are responsible for monitoring ASFI for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. Information regarding date and time of an organized site visit will be contained in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about July 15, 2014. In order to be eligible for award All Bidders MUST: Be registered in the Central Contractors Registration Database and ORCA both of which have been consolidated in the System for Award Management (SAM). Registration for both systems may be accomplished at www.sam.gov Paperless File System: MICC-Fort Stewart is operating a paperless contracting file system. A minimum of one copy of each document submitted to the contracting office shall be in an electronic format. Acceptable formats are PDF, DOC(x), XLS(x), TXT, JPG and XPS.
