- MFR Solicitation T he Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net- Centric Services Branch, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue an award for the purcahse of Splunk and Chef Software. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) System for Award Management (SAM) database. The SAM website is http://www.sam.gov. This notice of intent expires at 10:00 AM CST on Spetember 17, 2015. Please contact (618-229-9442) with questions. A ll responsible sources may submit capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
