- Information contained in this pre-solicitation notice is preliminary in nature and subject to change. Actual requirements will be stated in an RFQ. The US Department of State, Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) in Fort Lauderdale, intends to solicit quotations in support of the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) in San Salvador for the following IT improvements: 1. Videowall Systems 2. Virtual Servers 3. Storage Solution The selected contractor will be required to deliver all required hardware, software, and services to ILEA San Salvador. Local warranty and technical support will be required for all systems. This acquisition is set-aside exclusively for US small business concerns. Offers from other than US small business concerns will not be considered for award. The acquisition will be conducted under NAICS code 541519 (IT Value Added Reseller) with a corresponding small business size standard of 150 employees. The Government intends to evaluate quotations on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The Government expects to schedule a site visit approximately one (1) week after release of the solicitation. This will be the only opportunity vendors will have to visit ILEA. Additional information, once available, will be posted on FBO. Projected Date for Release of Solicitation: No later than 30 Sep 2015 Projected Date for Site Visit: Approximately one (1) week after release of solicitation. Projected Date for Receipt of Quotations: Approximately 3 weeks after date of site visit. Dates are subject to change. Interested vendors should monitor FBO for additional information. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged. To be eligible for award, a prospective contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). The solicitation will require all quotations to be uploaded directly to FBO. No other method of quotation submission will be acceptable. Quotation submission through FBO requires an active FBO user name and password.
