For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number.*** PRON: AX5F5909AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 50 each up to a maximum quantity of 150 each of a WINDOW PANEL, AIRCRAFT, NSN: 1560-01-558-4326, Part Number: P70216-144 applicable to the UH-60 BLACKHAWK HELICOPTER (BE), with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 50 each, 143 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to THE NORDAM GROUP, INC., CAGE CODE: 0J2J9. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
