- -Basic Services: The contractor shall provide services for the general oversight of the entire Franken Kaserne, monitoring, cleanliness, orderliness and traffic safety of the facilities. - Identify and secure possible safety risk areas on all buildings and grounds and coordinate corrective actions with USAG Ansbach proponents; ensure safety during off duty hours (weekends, nighttime). - Physical operation and check of all lifting systems in buildings and bays on a monthly basis to prevent damage. - Conduct weekly or as needed walk-through, to include inspections of buildings, ensuring all windows and doors are secured, and as described below: - Checks of electrical power, as well as the operation of all outside lighting - Physical inspection of entire fence line twice weekly to identify and report damages - Periodical rain gutter inspections of all buildings - Snow & ice removal monitoring on walkways - Monitoring pick-ups and deliveries of third parties - Provide services at a moment's notice, which include unlocking any facility for visitors, and being on site within 30 minutes of either a verbal or written notification. quote mark See Solicitation for further information and the full Performance Work Satement (PWS) quote mark
