- The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service has a requirement for Janitorial Services at Mississippi Sandhill NWR Visitor Center/Headquarters building and Fire Management Center Main Office. The Contractor will be expected to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Janitorial Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Government anticipates award of a commercial Firm Fixed Price type contract with a base year and four (one-year option periods). This requirement is being issued as competitive 100% small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.5. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the internet on or about September 10, 2015 at www.fedconnect.net. It is the Offerors responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. The NAICS code associated with this acquisition is: 561720; small business size standard is $16.5 million. A site visit will be held at the Mississippi Sandhill Crane NWR on September 11, 2015 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Notification of the intent to attend the site visit must be submitted via email only to the Contracting Officer no later than 4:00pm Thursday, September 10, 2015. The names of all participants and their contact information must be included in the email. The number or participants is limited to three (3) representatives per company. The Government does not intend to pay for any travel or other costs associated with Contractors attending the site visit. Further detail about the site visit will be emailed to participants after the intent to attend is received by the Government. To ensure a meaningful conference for all attendees, please forward a copy of the questions you may have no later than 4:00pm, Thursday, September 10, 2015 so they may be discussed and addressed during the site visit.
