- The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Marianas, 36th Contracting Squadron at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price contract with SecureSafe Solutions, LLC under the North American Classification System Code (NAICS) of 811212, Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance. The Contractor shall deliver and install items for the repair of 9390 Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) 100kVA UPS1 installed at the Guam Network Communication Center at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The Contractor shall remove damaged components, install replacement components, perform restart of system, check and test UPS for any other issues, and rejoin UPS to Parallel Setup. Delivery, installation, and repair of equipment shall be executed within thirty (30) calendar days from award date. The cost of repair shall be inclusive of all labor and materials. This proposed procurement is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and is not a request for quotes. To the best of our knowledge, SecureSafeSolutions LLC is the only company who is authorized to provide these services. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contract Specialist, Sheena Hess at Sheena.hess@us.af.mil) by 6:00 pm, EST, on 15 September 2015. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. An electronic response is required. No telephone or hard copy responses will be accepted. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. If no written responses are received via e-mail by the due date above, the contract will be awarded without further notice.
