Description

Notice of Sole Source award to CRFS for hardware warranties and software support upgrades for two RFeye Array 300, RFI antennae systems. ITEM DESCRIPTION: Hardware warranties and software support upgrades for two RFeye Array 300, RFI antennae systems. In accordance with FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the Army intends to award a contract for maintenance services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source: CRFS, Cambridge Research Park, Building 7200, Beach Drive, Cambridge, CB25 9TL, United Kingdom, US Rep., Roy Keeler, Willow II, 8280 willow Oaks Corporate Drive, Suite 643, Fairfax, Virginia 22031. All other Offerors may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed action based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no additional Offers are received, the Government will make award to CRFS on 25 September 2015, after the closing of this posting. The Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Huachuca Division intends to enter into a one year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the following services: CLIN 0001 RFeye Array 300 Hardware Extended Warranty, Qty 4 CLIN 0002 RFeye Array 300 Software Support/Update Service, Qty 4 CLIN 0003 FReye Site Software Support /Update Service, Qty 2 CLIN 0004 FReye Node Hardware Extended Warranty, Qty 12 CLIN 0005 RFeye Node Software Support/Update Service, Qty 12 The anticipated award date is: 09-25-2015
