Description

Close Date: Sep 18, 2015 at 5:00 PM (EST) Solicitation N00421-15-T-0590 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Keysight Technologies, Inc, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Keysight is the original equipment manufacturer and only source that can provide Digital Multimeter 8.5 parts to meet the minimum requirement in accordance with the statement of work. ***Basis for Award*** ONLY New Equipment, NO Remanufactured, and all items must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Similar or Substitute products will not be accepted. Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.
