Description

This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, VA246-15-Q-1016, will be issued on or about 14 Sep 2015. The Department of Veterans Affairs has a need for dental laboratory services for crown and bridge procedures for the Durham VAMC, Durham, NC facility. This dental laboratory service for Crown and Bridge procedures shall include all procedures from pour up impressions to finished products. Full Gold Crown/Porcelain-fused gold crown units shall be a minimum of 2% gold metal. Fixed partial Denture Abutments and Pontics (porcelain fused to gold) shall be a minimum of 2% gold metal. The applicable NAICS Code is 339116 with a size standard of 500 employees. This is a 100% Small Business (SB) Set-aside.
