- Amended 12 Sep 15 to extend Response Date to 18 Sep 15 at 1:00PM PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS ALL QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO THIS REQUIREMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 1030 ON 16 SEPTEMBER 2015. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3016-15-N-0007 and is issued as a RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect though Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83 and DFARS change notice 20150826. This is a notice that this order is a total set-aside for a small business concern. Only quotes submitted by a small business concern will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. This NAICS code is 315220 and the size standard is 500 employees. This is a requirement for Class A Uniforms for the JBSA Fire Department.
