- J&A MCRC RCEN Network Service Support New RCEN Solicitation will be posted very soon. The Regional Contracting Office - Parris Island (RCO-PI), located at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Building 159 Corregidor St, Parris Island, South Carolina, is the Contracting Activity in support of the Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC), located at 3280 Russell Road, Quantico, Virginia. This justification is to seek approval for a Sole Source Bridge contract to be entered into with the incumbent, InfoReliance Contract #M00263-12-F-1016. This effort is to provide continual Network Support Services (to include consolidated site support for data migration, networking services, virtualized infrastructure and other site support) to the MCRC's Recruiting Command Enterprise Network (RCEN).
